GALL BLADDER - Go Beyond Constriction to Pride

GALL BLADDER

The Gall Bladder Represents Constriction And Pride.

Life issues for the Gall Bladder include whether or not you are experiencing some form of constriction in your life - holding yourself in a place of discomfort. Whether your feeling of your own self worth is getting in your way.

AFFIRMATIONS FOR GALL BLADDER ISSUES
(These are to be used if you have physical pain emanating from your gall bladder, burping or flatulence and if you suffer from a feeling of being constricted in some area of your life.)

It's Now Okay to Open Up And Let Go.


GALL BLADDER

Your Gall Bladder represents constriction and pride; constriction in some area of your life that is holding you back from fully living or expressing in your life. Since gall bladders are related to the digestion of fat, and fat represents protection, the construction can be related to a form of protection that may be affecting your quality of life. The gall bladder also deals with pride that relates to the constriction. If you find that you are holding yourself back in areas of your life that keep you from realizing pride in yourself the frustration in this area may be a gall bladder issue.

When you draw the Gall Bladder Card you are being asked to look at areas of frustration that result from some kind of blockage or constriction in the way you pursue or participate in that area of your life. Pay particular attention to what you are doing to limit yourself in an area that is important to you. Are you constricting yourself, or are opportunities constricting what you want out of life? What is keeping you from fully experiencing what you want and limiting your pride in yourself and your abilities? What stops you? What limits you? Is the illusion of protection keeping you from having what you want in life the way you want it?

To work with Gall Bladder Issues ask your Higher Self what you need to know about what you want and what is keeping you from having it. Very often what is keeping you from fulfilling what you want is you. What do you do to constrict yourself, to hold yourself in a safe position that does not allow you to move out into what your really want. What are you doing to hold yourself in your comfort zone, when that comfort zone is keeping you from realizing what you truly want in life? Write your questions with your dominant hand. Write your answers with your non-dominant hand. When you have an answer, ask your Higher Self what you need to do to shift your relationship with your responsibilities and your inner knowing so that they support you in a positive way. Do not judge the answers. Do not get in your own way with doubts about your ability to do whatever comes to your mind. Simply write down what comes to you. The last question of any session should be, "What else do I have to know today?"

Your affirmation for today is, “It's now okay to open up and let go.” Write the affirmation on a 3 x 5 card. Carry it with you, rather than posting it somewhere, and read it numerous times during the day. (If you post it, it will soon become invisible to you and you will get no benefit from it.)

KNEES - Balance and Flexibility

KNEES

Knees Represent Balance, Flexibility, Pride And Ego.

Life issues for the Knees include whether or not you are experiencing balance in your life, whether you can balance work and play as well as pride and ego. Are your relationships in balance or are you too controlling or too submissive within them?

AFFIRMATIONS FOR KNEES ISSUES
(These are to be used if you have physical problems with your knees or if
you are aware of being out of balance within your life.)

It's Now Okay To have Balance In My Life And A Working Relationship With My Ego.

KNEES

Knees represent balance, flexibility, pride and ego. Pain or injury in the knee may mean there is an imbalance in your life. Look at the way you balance play in relation to work, or see whether your relationship is taking up all your energy at the expense of everything else in your life. Being inflexible in work, play and relationships may also manifest in knee problems. Do you feel rigid or stuck, must you hold yourself at attention (accountable and therefore guilty before the fact) or are you at ease? Knee problems often signal a need to heal your relationship with your ego. They may also point out the fact that you may be too prideful or not prideful enough. Balancing pride and ego are often challenging. Knee problems put you on notice there is work to be done. Be aware, both pride and ego are necessary parts of an individual’s psyche. They must work in partnership with the self, not take over.

When you draw the Knees Card you are being asked to look at the areas of your life where you may be out of balance, where you may be rigid or inflexible. Pay particular attention to whether you are holding yourself in a mental or emotional vise when it comes to your beliefs or behaviors. It is rigidity and imbalance that creates problems within work, play, relationships, family and all other important areas of your life.

To work with Knees Issues ask your Higher Self what you need to know about how you are balanced in your life. Are you all work and no play? Are you balancing the give and take or your relationships or are you domineering or submissive? Do you take good care of yourself in matters of health and wellness? Are you rigid in the demands you place on yourself and others. Pay particular attention to the demands you place on yourself. Write your questions with your dominant hand. Write your answers with your non-dominant hand. When you have an answer, ask your Higher Self what you need to do to shift your relationship within your life and relationships so that you can balance your life in a positive way. Do not judge the answers. Do not get in your own way with doubts about your ability to do whatever comes to your mind. Simply write down what comes to you.

Your affirmation for today is, “It's now okay to have balance in my life and a working relationship with my ego.” Write the affirmation on a 3 x 5 card. IMMUNE SYSTEM - Celebrating and Protecting Your Self-Esteem

IMMUNE SYSTEM

Represents Celebrating, Acknowledging and Protecting the Self.

Life issues for the Immune System include whether or not you are exercising your self-esteem on behalf of your SELF or whether you are allowing others to attack you, put you down, and tell you that you are less than you really are.

AFFIRMATIONS FOR IMMUNE SYSTEM ISSUES
(These are to be used if you have immune system problems as well as if you have
difficulties with your own self-esteem, or with self-esteem issues.)

It is now okay to be powerful on behalf of my SELF in the world.

IMMUNE SYSTEM

The immune system represents acknowledgement of the self. It addresses the way you view your self, your self-esteem in the world. With immune system issues come the way others treat you, the way others regard you; whether others turn you into a victim within your own life or your community through disrespect and disregard. As the immune system protects your body, so your self-esteem protects your SELF.

When you draw the Immune System Card you are being asked to look closely at your self-esteem. Is your self-esteem well grounded within your core being or do you have constant doubts about yourself and where you belong in the world. Do others treat you badly in the world for reasons of class, wealth, sex, race, creed or religious beliefs? Do you find yourself in constant battles against others in order for you to be who you are? Do you like yourself? What would have to change in your life for you to love yourself exactly as you are?

To work with Immune System Issues ask your Higher Self what you need to know about self-acceptance. What you need to know about yourself in order to accept and love yourself as you are in the world. If you have issues with the way other people treat you what has to change in order to change those attitudes by changing your attitude toward yourself? If the world reflects how you feel about yourself, what can you do to bolster your self-esteem? Write your questions with your dominant hand. Write your answers with your non-dominant hand. When you have an answer, ask your Higher Self what you need to do to shift your relationship with yourself and your inner knowing so that they support you in a positive way. Do not judge the answers. Do not get in your own way with doubts about your ability to do whatever comes to your mind. Simply write down what comes to you. The final questions for each session should be, "What else do I need to know today?"

Your affirmation for today is, “It is now okay to be powerful on behalf of my SELF in the world. Write the affirmation on a 3 x 5 card. ABDOMEN - Safeguard Thoughts and Ideas

ABDOMEN

Your Abdomen Represents The Ability To Safeguard Thoughts And Ideas.

Life issues for the abdomen include whether or not you are listening to your "gut feelings."

AFFIRMATIONS FOR ABDOMEN ISSUES
(These are to be used if you have built up weight around your abdomen, have pain or medical problems in the abdominal area or whether you feel that your creative ideas may be threatened or blocked in some way. Abdomen is not exactly the same as stomach which digests ideas.)

It's Now Okay To Trust My Thoughts And Ideas And Know That I Am Safe.


ABDOMEN

Your abdomen represents your ability to safeguard thoughts and ideas – your inner creativity. It is also symbolic of your intuition – your “gut feelings.” A building up of extra weight on the abdomen shows there is a blockage in your life. You might be feeling trapped, stuck or unable to move in or out of a certain situation. Fear is causing you to deny your self. Denial is the blockage causing the pain, disease or weight. Abdominal pain, disease or weight-gain may also indicate an inability to bring your thoughts and ideas to fruition. Dis-ease in the abdominal area may mean that you are unwilling, or unable to listen to, respect and honor your intuition. That may play out in your life as knowing that “bad” things might happen, but failing to listen to that inner voice which results in trouble for you. Pain, disease or weight gain may reflect blockage in your career goals. Weight gain in the abdominal area, in particular, is indicative of the development of heart disease which indicates that your inability to move your life forward is impacting on your center of love and empowerment.

When you draw the Abdomen Card you are being asked to examine the blockages and fears that are keeping you from fully expressing your thoughts and ideas and bringing those thoughts and ideas to fruition. It also asks you to pay attention to those instances in which you don’t listen to your own inner knowing and fail to protect yourself in your life. Pay particular attention to instances in which your desire to be liked, to be accepted, interferes with your need to protect yourself proactively. Ask yourself: Where do you feel that you need protection? What is causing you to deny and express your true self? What has to happen for you to listen to your small inner voice – your intuition?

To work with issues of the Abdomen, ask your Higher Self about what you need to know in the area of safeguarding your thoughts and ideas, so that you feel safe and protected in developing or expressing them. You may also ask about where you are experiencing blockages in your life and what you need to do to release them. Finally, ask your Higher Self what has to happen in order to trust yourself when you have a hunch that you should or shouldn’t do something and particularly what has to happen so that you can consistently act on your hunches rather than pushing them away so that you get into trouble or fail to do something that will advance your life, your relationships, or your career.

When you have an answer, ask your Higher Self what you need to do to shift your need to protect your thoughts and ideas so that you may more fully express them openly and fully and release any blockages you may be experiencing. Also ask what has to happen for you to listen to, and honor, your inner guidance? Do not judge the answers. Do not get in your own way with doubts about your ability to do whatever comes to your mind. Simply write down what comes to you.

Your affirmation for today is, “It's now okay to trust my thoughts and ideas and know that I am safe.” Write the affirmation on a 3 x 5 card. Carry it with you, rather than posting it somewhere, and read it numerous times during the day. (If you post it, it will soon become invisible to you and you will get no benefit from it.)

EARS-Trusting What You Hear & Don't Hear

EARS

Ears Represent The Capacity And Willingness To Take In And Assimilate Information.

Life issues for the Ears include whether or not you have difficulty trusting what you hear or what you don't hear in the world around you. It includes sounds from your surroundings as well as communication and conversations.

AFFIRMATIONS FOR EARS ISSUES
(These are to be used if you have physical pain or medical conditions involving the ears, if you are deaf, or if you have difficulty trusting what you sense about what you hear.)

It's Now Okay To Hear, Trust and Act On What Is Spoken And Unspoken.

EARS

Your ears represent your capacity and willingness to hear, to take in and assimilate information. They also tell you whether you are comfortable with your surroundings, or with what other people or situations in your life are “telling” you. Earaches often represent unwillingness or inability to take in new information. Adult deafness could mean that you are turning inward, that you are turning off to the world around you and do not want to hear it. It is a blocking of outside stimulus. Juvenile deafness is a challenge designed to strengthen and to create focus on other senses and talents.

If you have drawn the Ears Card notice what you do not want to hear. Notice your life and the areas you are pulling away from. Notice where you are turning inward, retreating from the world around you, and ask yourself if this is really what you want to do. This card may also tell you that you are too closed to new information and may suggest that you open yourself and become aware without judgment. Drawing the Ears Card may also be notification that, on a deep level, you feel that you are uncomfortable with what others are telling you and that you have to go within to find your own answers.

To work with Ear Issues ask your Higher Self what you need to know about what you don't want to hear or what you don't need to hear. When you have an answer, ask your Higher Self how to use that information to enhance your life. Do not judge the answers. Do not get in your own way with doubts about your ability to do whatever comes to your mind. Simply write down what comes to you.

Your affirmation for today is, “It's now okay to hear, trust and act on what is spoken and unspoken. Write the affirmation on a 3 x 5 card.
